The process is organised around the three stages of the project cycle – analysis, design and implementation – with information & knowledge management integrated throughout. For each stage, the Key Issues are elaborated with focus questions, explanations and examples. Where appropriate, specific questions or examples are provided for water projects and for agriculture projects.
For each stage, specific tools and resources are recommended, and these are included as part of the Toolkit. Links to other resources that may be useful for specific issues or steps in the process are provided throughout the section.
